Neuromuscular Warmup Improves Dynamic Knee Valgus

Dynamic knee valgus (DKV) increases ACL risk, especially in female hoopers who land and cut frequently.

Poor trunk–hip control typically means unsafe mechanics.

This study found that neuromuscular warm-up (STOP-X) improves jump-landing mechanics and lumbopelvic function versus a traditional warm-up in adolescent female basketball players with DKV.
