The goal is simple: give coaches a ballpark context for an athlete’s current bodyweight relative to their height.

- Enter the athlete’s height and current bodyweight
- The calculator estimates an NBA-norm bodyweight for that height
Use this output as context, not a prescription. Being below the norm does not automatically mean the athlete needs to gain weight, and being above the norm does not automatically mean the athlete is “too heavy.”
