Join Dr. Ramsey Nijem for an intensive one-day workshop designed to bridge the gap between sport science and coaching practice.
Drawing from more than 15 years of experience in elite sport, including the NBA and NCAA Division I basketball, this workshop combines the latest research with the practical systems used to develop high-performing athletes.
This is not a certification. It is not a motivational seminar.
It is a practical, evidence-based deep dive into the science of strength and how to build training programs that transfer to competition.
Event Details
Date: Saturday, July 25th
Time: 9 AM to 1 PM
Location: Lead Athletic Performance, Roseville, California
Following the workshop, attendees are invited to join Ramsey for an informal lunch social at a nearby restaurant. This is a great opportunity to continue discussions, ask questions, network with other coaches, and build new professional relationships.
What You'll Learn
Throughout the day, we'll answer the questions that matter most to coaches:
- What qualities actually transfer from the weight room to sport performance?
- How do you prioritize strength, power, speed, and rate of force development?
- What does the latest research say about force vectors, movement specificity, and transfer?
- How should you sequence and progress training across an entire season?
- How do you individualize training without overcomplicating your programming?
- Which athlete assessments actually improve decision making?
- How can you simplify sport science and use it with confidence on Monday morning?
Every concept is presented with immediate coaching applications so you leave with ideas you can implement immediately.
