Do you ever feel like you're not succeeding after scrolling on social media? If so, you're not alone.
Another coach gets a new job. Another therapist opens a clinic. Another big announcement.
And suddenly it feels like everyone is winning.
Social media has a funny way of making you feel like you’re behind.

But remember this: Social media is a highlight reel, not reality.
You’re seeing the best of someone’s life, not the long days, doubts, and slow progress behind the scenes.
And certainly not the failures and setbacks.
Most great careers in strength and conditioning or physical therapy aren’t built through big moments. They’re built through consistency.
Showing up. Coaching well. Helping people. Learning over time.
And most importantly, treating people right.
So, consider this a friendly reminder:
Comparison is the thief of joy, and social media makes it extremely easy to compare.

Run your race and don’t get fooled by the algorithm.
If you’re showing up and doing the work, you’re doing just fine.
With Love,
Ramsey
